The congregation sought to positively affect the community while walking with God. This included learning how to minister with the power of the Holy Spirit and maintaining an open and warm fellowship among members. The Outreach Ministry sought to positively affect the community while walking with God. This included learning how to minister with the power of the Holy Spirit and maintaining an open and warm fellowship among members. The Outreach Ministry was created to reach out to families and visit them in the comfort of their homes. Through a process of scheduled visits many have been led to Christ and encouraged to find a church home. These efforts have increased Victory’s membership but more importantly continues to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Youth Big Bear Camp
The church succeeded in this area by multiplying in small groups that could better learn to love one another through Christ. The greatest reward was the renewed ability to magnify the vision of God through discipleship and Outreach.
