Awana Ministry: a worldwide organization dedicated to helping youth from preschool through high school to hide the Word of God in their hearts.

Children’s Church: is geared towards children between the ages of 3-12. Services are held Sundays at 8:00 am; 9:45 am and 11:15 am and are held separate from the general worship service.

Children’s Ministry: a full ordered ministry geared towards families with children. Providing educational, recreational and social establishment of the Victory Missionary Baptist Church.

Christian Education: this ministry has the responsibility to oversee the entire Christian education of our church, which would not be limited to Children’s Day Care; Academy of Christian Education and Victory’s School of Theology.
Christian Theater: this ministry is an avenue in which church members can express their creative minds through acting and to enhance their social aspect of the Church through the genre of the theater.
Church Anniversary: the annual anniversary celebration of the establishment of the Victory Missionary Baptist Church.

Counseling Ministry: providing support and relief especially to members. Designed to assist from a Christian perspective.
Deacon: the Deacon body is that group of elected ordained men who assist the Pastor in servicing the needs of the congregation through benevolence and both home and hospital visits.
Deaconess: along with their husbands, they serve the congregation through baptism, preparation and ministry to the families and friends of Victory in the homes.
Decorating Committee: this committee is responsible for overseeing all decorating of the Church.

Deacon Family Ministry: assistance from the Deacons in times of crisis, celebration or counseling.

Men’s Ministry: empowering men and young boys through full developmental rites of passage programs. This is the ministry of the church that has specific responsibilities in discipling men of our church to be a gathering of eagles.
Minister’s Mates Ministry: providing support, fellowship and appreciation to the spouses of the church’s ministers.

Mission: taking the gospel to homes and foreign lands.
Mother’s Board: has the responsibility of serving as senior leaders in the church as it relates to women leadership. They serve as role models and perform various duties that assist young women and girls in developing into Godly women. This they do along with the supervision of and preparation of the Holy Communion.
Music Ministries: (Celebration, Ensemble, Mens, Morning Glories and Voices of Victory)- provides an arena for vocal training and ministry through song for members 26 and older
Movement Ministries:
New Converts: designed to help those who’ve recently given their life to Christ to develop a solid start in their new found pilgrimage.
New Member’s Ministry: assist new members with church doctrines, policies and business.
Newsletter:
Nominating Committee: this committee has the responsibility in conjunction with the Pastor in locating, enlisting, training and evaluation volunteer staff for any and every position of the Church that uses volunteer workers.
Nursery: this committee is responsible for providing care for infants and toddlers ages 0-3 during the morning worship services.
Nurse’s Guild: nurses are on duty at morning services to provide medical assistance to those in need.
Nutritional/Health and Welfare Ministry: providing information and education for the developing and sustaining healthy eating habits.

Personnel Committee: assists the Pastor in locating, training, employing and evaluating all of the Church’s paid staff.
Praise & Worship: this ministry seeks to glory God through ministering to the congregation through song and praise by lifting up the names of the most High.
Prayer Ministry: strengthening family and individual Christian walks through corporate prayer, daily inspiration and intercessory prayer.
Prison Ministry:
Publications: responsible for the publishing of brochures, certificates, booklets and generally anything that is geared to the congregation or city in the form of a publication.

Right to Life Ministry: support and encouragement of adoption over abortion.

Sign Team: present praise to the Father through silent communication by using the body to communicate dramatic and authentic sign language.
Singles Ministry: this ministry addresses the issues pertaining to Christian singels such as serving the Body of Christ, celibacy, preparation for marriage, self-security, being alone versus being lonely, single parenting, etc…
